Juvia Set to Reignite Miami Skyline with Rooftop Return at Miami Worldcenter

Juvia, a dining establishment celebrated for its distinctive Miami fusion approach, is poised for a significant comeback, preparing to reopen its doors in downtown Miami. The highly anticipated return will reintroduce the restaurant’s beloved rooftop dining experience, a hallmark of its previous operations. Originally debuting in 2012, Juvia ceased operations in August 2023, but its resurrection is set to take place within the prominent Miami Worldcenter development.

The new location, situated on the 12th floor of the Miami Worldcenter building at 652 NE Second Ave., is designed to recapture the essence of its former self. The establishment aims to preserve the cherished open-air setting and the sweeping city vistas that contributed to its acclaim. Juvia carved out a unique niche in the culinary landscape by expertly blending French, Japanese, and Peruvian culinary traditions, offering patrons a sophisticated and globally inspired menu.

This strategic relocation represents a planned transition orchestrated by Juvia Group owners Jonas and Alexandra Millán. Their vision for Juvia’s next chapter is firmly anchored in the dynamic urban environment of downtown Miami, specifically within the expansive Miami Worldcenter. This development itself is a noteworthy undertaking, characterized as a substantial mixed-use project that extends across ten city blocks in the heart of downtown.

In parallel developments within Miami’s vibrant culinary scene, two popular seasonal promotions have officially commenced. Miami Spice, a highly anticipated event for food enthusiasts, has begun its run, offering diners the opportunity to savor three-course meals at a curated selection of participating restaurants. These special menus are priced attractively, ranging from $35 to $60, providing an accessible way to experience some of the city’s finest establishments.

Complementing Miami Spice, Miami Spa Months has also launched, providing an equally enticing array of wellness and relaxation opportunities. Participants can indulge in a variety of spa treatments, with introductory prices beginning at $109. Both Miami Spice and Miami Spa Months are scheduled to run through September, offering an extended period for residents and visitors to take advantage of these special offerings.

A diverse array of acclaimed restaurants are participating in these city-wide promotions. Among the notable venues featured in Miami Spice and Miami Spa Months are KYU Wynwood, known for its innovative approach to wood-fired cuisine; RosaNegra, offering vibrant Latin American flavors; Japón at The Setai, providing an exquisite Japanese dining experience; CATCH Miami Beach, a popular seafood destination; and Red Rooster Overtown, a celebrated establishment with deep community roots. The inclusion of these and other establishments underscores the breadth and quality of Miami’s gastronomic landscape during these promotional periods.
